Zuckerschoten mit Kartoffeln und Karotten

500 g sugar snap peas
2 potatoes, peeled and diced
2 carrots, peeled and diced
1 tomato, diced
1 onion, diced
1 tsp sugar
1/2 t pepper
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
olive oil, for frying
