1 medium onion, small diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon pepper
1 head cabbage
3 tablespoons softened butter
¼ teaspoon salt

Cranberry Apple Shaved Brussels Sprouts Salad
Brussels Sprouts Salad
1 pound Brussels sprouts ends trimmed, very thinly sliced
1 cup craisins/sweetened dried cranberries
1 sweet apple (Fuji/Honeycrisp) chopped
1 pear chopped
1 red bell pepper chopped
3/4 cup roasted salted pumpkin seeds (or sunflower)
1/3 cup feta cheese crumbles
Lemon Poppy Seed Dressing
2/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup honey
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon dried minced chopped onion
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoons poppy seeds

Savory Cabbage Pancakes (Okonomiyaki)
PANCAKES
- 2 extra large egg
- ½ cup water
- 1.5 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
- ¾ to 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 4-5 cups shredded green cabbage
- 1 carrot
- 3 green onions
- 2 Tbsp oil for frying
TOPPINGS
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp sriracha
- ½ Tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 green onions

Haluski - Polish-Style Cabbage and Noodles with Bacon
Ingredients:
1/2 pound bacon, ham or Polish sausage, diced
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup onion, sliced
3 garlic cloves, chopped
8 cups cabbage, sliced
1 pound bow tie pasta, cooked
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooked this, was tasty. Don't replace butter with oil. Some extra herbs would be nice.
