Beet Bread
Ingredients
3/4 cup warm water
1 1/2 cups raw beet puree (about 2 1/2 peeled medium beets)*
3 1/2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon sugar
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
